Consolidated Business Services has been in business since 1994. It was started by Ernie Kraft, an Enrolled Agent, who is certified to represent clients before the collections division of the Internal Revenue Service. He was also a former Vice President of some of the largest corporations in America and a member of the North Carolina Society of Accountants, the National Society of Accountants, the National Committee on Pay Equity, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
