HISTORY:
Consolidated Business Services has been in business since 1994. It was started by Ernie Kraft an Enrolled Agent and an Accredited Tax Advisor, who is certified to represent clients before the collections division of the Internal Revenue Service. He is also a former Vice President of some of the largest corporations in America, a licensed Insurance and Securities representative, and a member of North Carolina Society of Accountants, the National Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
Consolidated Business Services fast evolved into a company which now offers the additional services of payroll, IRS representation, financial services, life and health insurance, and financial consultation.
It first began operation in the Dilworth Area of Charlotte and quickly outgrew the location and moved to the Crown Point Area of Charlotte in 1996. We have since expanded three times thanks to the strong support of the small and medium size businesses community in the Charlotte area.
